Job summary

IntelliSense.io is seeking a Backend Engineer to design and implement scalable data solutions and help shape software standards across distributed teams.

You will collaborate with QA and data scientists, resolve issues, and ensure robust testing and documentation. Strong Java/Node.js skills, SQL/NoSQL experience, and cloud-friendly practices are essential. Remote role based in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with data systems and software engineering.
• Proficient in Java and Node.js.
• SQL and NoSQL database experience.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust data solutions meeting internal and client needs.
• Liaise with QA and data science teams to ensure best processes and outcomes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in applications and services.
• Identify and fix bugs in microservices.
• Collaborate with data science to integrate models into software components.
• Write unit tests and ensure code coverage.
• Document services and dependencies.
