Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring a Solutions Engineer in a remote-first setup, allowing work from anywhere in Saudi Arabia, with travel to customer sites as needed. You will enable customers by architecting integrations, delivering technical demos, and creating self-service tools to scale adoption.

Qualifications

• Strong Python skills and software development understandings.
• Experience collaborating with customers to design and implement integrations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Engage with customer technical contacts to architect solutions.
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations that communicate our product's value proposition.
• Create technical enablement resources that boost the sales team's effectiveness.
• Build self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently.
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns with product teams.
