Job summary

Midas, the leading onchain investment platform, is hiring a Business Development Manager for APAC. You will help grow Midas distribution by establishing partnerships with exchanges, custodians, wallets, DeFi protocols, and fintechs, working closely with leadership to scale opportunities regionally.

This role is execution-oriented, ideal for someone early in their career who loves crypto, building relationships, and learning how strategic partnerships are forged in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, sales, or growth in crypto or fintech.
• Strong interest in crypto, capital markets, stablecoins, DeFi.
• Proven commercial wins or account growth.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Existing APAC network and Mandarin fluency.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-growing startup.

Responsibilities

• Build the pipeline with exchanges, custodians, wallets, DeFi protocols, and fintechs.
• Drive deals from first conversation to launch.
• Grow strategic partner relationships and deepen integrations.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and CRM hygiene.
• Coordinate with product, legal, marketing, and operations.
• Track market developments in crypto and DeFi to inform GTM.
• Contribute ideas to accelerate adoption and TVL growth.
