Job summary

raafa is seeking Registered Nurses to support the Vivian Bullwinkel Lodge in Merriwa, WA with a permanent part-time relief roster. You will deliver complex clinical care, including medication administration and wound management, and coordinate care with a compassionate, multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
Current AHPRA registration.
Strong clinical and assessment skills.
A passion for delivering person-centred aged care.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate resident care, assessments and care planning.
Deliver complex clinical care, including medication administration and wound management.
Monitor and respond to changing resident care needs.
Collaborate with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams.
Lead and support Enrolled Nurses and Care Partners.
Maintain high standards of clinical governance and documentation.
