Job summary

Duration is 12 months. You will focus on minimizing downtime, reducing maintenance costs, and implementing long-term equipment improvements through proactive maintenance and data-driven approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-mechanical, or Mechatronics.
• Fresh graduates up to 2 years of experience.
• Strong mechanical or electrical aptitude.
• Proficiency in Excel (MS Office).
• Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics.

Responsibilities

• PM Optimization: Evaluate the effectiveness of current Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks and update schedules to minimize over-maintenance or under-maintenance.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor MTBF and MTTR to identify systemic issues.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety and environmental regulations (OSHA, EPA).
• Audit Support: Participate in internal and external audits to ensure maintenance records and safety protocols are followed.
