Qualifications

• Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics.

Responsibilities

• PM Optimization: Evaluate the effectiveness of current Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks and update schedules to minimize over-maintenance or under-maintenance.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor MTBF and MTTR to identify systemic issues.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety and environmental regulations (OSHA, EPA).
• Audit Support: Participate in internal and external audits to ensure maintenance records and safety protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities

• PM Optimization:Evaluate the effectiveness of current Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks and update schedules to minimize "over-maintenance" or "under-maintenance.


• Performance Tracking:Monitor key reliability metrics, such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), to identify systemic issues.


• Regulatory Compliance:Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA).


• Audit Support:Participate in internal and external audits to ensure maintenance records and safety protocols are strictly followed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-mechanical, or/and Mechatronics or related fields.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
