Job summary

Binladin International Holding Group is seeking a Compliance Manager to design and operate enterprise-wide compliance, regulatory, and ethics programs across the Group and its business verticals. You will lead regulatory monitoring, implement policies, and report to senior leadership while promoting a culture of integrity.

Candidates should have 5+ years in regulatory compliance and strong knowledge of KSA requirements, fluent in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in regulatory compliance.
• CCO, CCP, CCEP, or other recognized compliance/GRC certifications are highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of KSA regulatory requirements and compliance governance.
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enhance the Group’s regulatory compliance framework in line with KSA laws and internal standards.
• Establish and maintain the Regulatory Obligations Register and compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Lead the annual compliance monitoring program, identify gaps, and track corrective actions through closure.
• Monitor regulatory changes and translate new requirements into actionable business procedures.
• Manage compliance risks, regulatory inspections, licenses, permits, and remediation activities.
• Prepare periodic compliance reports and dashboards for Senior Management and GRC Committees.
• Provide regulatory guidance to business units and collaborate with internal stakeholders and assurance functions.
• Deliver compliance awareness sessions and promote a strong culture of integrity and ethical conduct.
