Client of Profco is seeking a qualified nurse to provide 24-hour care for stable adult patients with primarily cardiac conditions in Riyadh. The role involves close monitoring, nursing interventions, and collaboration with the cardiology team to ensure high-quality post-acute care.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and at least two years of acute nursing experience. Bachelor’s degree in nursing required; experience in post-acute cardiac care preferred.
The Unit provides comprehensive 24-hour nursing care for stable adult patients with conditions that are usually cardiac in origin including Post-Acute Coronary SyndromesPre and post-cardiac investigations e g angiogram catheters coronary interventions Heart failure e g pulmonary congestion Cardiomyopathy for medical managementEndocarditis and other systemic infectionsStable arrhythmia management including IV Antiarrhythmic therapy Cardiac risk management hypertension lipidemia diabetes control Heart transplant work-up OR preparation including stable inotropic dependent patients requiring IV Dopamine Dobutamine Milrinone Heart transplant with rejection for plasmapheresis and IVIG therapyPre-CABG valve replacement amp repair Pacemaker AICD InsertionStable post-heart transplant not immediate and only for medical management Stable post percutaneous valve or valvuloplastyStable post-cardiac surgery not immediate and only for medical management Stable patients requiring IV nitrate infusions for blood pressure or heart failure purposes Not ACS chest pain Stable patients requiring infusions post-procedure coronary intervention i e platelet inhibitors- Eptifibatide No of Beds 25
