Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking a Regional Operations Lead, KSA to own SDS on-road vehicle operations across the region, starting with our commercial trucking program.

You will manage end-to-end execution from fleet readiness to daily operations and feedback to engineering to ensure safe, compliant performance on public roads. This role demands hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, safety, and regulators, and a track record of launching multiple

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading on-road commercial vehicle or autonomy operations.
• Experience scaling more than one operational program.
• Ownership of safety processes and incident response for public-road ops.
• Comfort operating in hands-on, real-world environments with commercial vehicles.
• Experience partnering with OEMs, regulators, or fleet customers.
• Experience managing multi-site or international operations with local regs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Vehicle Operations across SDS on-road programs in the region.
• Own Fleet & Site Readiness across vehicle programs.
• Drive Regional Growth Strategy for scaling operations.
• Build Operational Playbooks covering safety, on-road execution, incident response, and escalation.
• Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration with engineering, product, safety, legal, and OEM partners.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance meeting regulatory standards on public roads.
