Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking a Regional Operations Lead, KSA to own end-to-end SDS on-road operations across the region, starting with commercial trucking and expanding to other vehicle platforms. You will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operation on public roads.

The role requires hands-on leadership, multi-program management, and strong collaboration with engineering, safety, and OEM partners to scale regional programs while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• On-Road Operations experience
• Experience leading multiple programs or vehicle lines
• Ownership of safety processes and incident response
• Comfort operating in hands-on, real-world environments
• Direct partnership with OEMs, regulators, or fleet customers
• Experience managing multi-site or regional operations

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Vehicle Operations across SDS on-road programs in the KSA region.
• Own fleet readiness, daily execution, and operational performance across programs.
• Drive ramp and growth strategy to scale operations across programs locally.
• Develop playbooks covering safety, on-road execution, incident response, escalation.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, safety, legal, and OEM/fleet partners for milestones.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in high-stakes public-road environments.
