Job summary

Applied Intuition is seeking a Regional Operations Lead, KSA to own end-to-end SDS on-road operations across the Saudi region. You will drive fleet readiness, daily execution, and cross-functional alignment to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations on public roads.

You will lead multiple programs, partnering with OEMs, regulators, and fleet customers, while building scalable playbooks and improving regional capabilities for broader deployment.

Qualifications

• On-road operations experience with commercial vehicles or autonomy programs.
• Ability to lead multiple programs or vehicle lines simultaneously.
• Experience owning safety processes and incident response for public-road operations.
• Comfort working hands-on in real-world vehicle environments.
• Experience partnering with OEMs, regulators, or fleet customers.
• Experience managing multi-site or regional operations across regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional vehicle operations across SDS on-road programs in the region.
• Own fleet readiness, daily execution, and performance.
• Drive ramp plans and regional scaling strategies for programs.
• Develop playbooks for safety, on-road execution, incident response, and escalation.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, safety, legal, and OEM/fleet partners.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance on public roads.
