Job summary

Applied Intuition is seeking a Regional Operations Lead, KSA to own end-to-end SDS on-road operations across the region, starting with commercial trucking and expanding to additional vehicle platforms as new programs launch.

You will lead fleet readiness, daily execution, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, safety, and OEM partners to ensure safe, compliant operations on public roads.

Qualifications

• On-Road Operations experience in commercial vehicle, autonomy, or complex fleet operations
• Multi-Program leadership: scale multiple programs or vehicle lines
• Safety & incident ownership for public-road operations
• Hands-on mindset in real-world vehicle environments
• Partner management with OEMs, regulators, or fleet customers
• Multi-site/regional operations experience with local regulations

Responsibilities

• Lead regional vehicle operations across SDS on-road programs, starting with commercial trucking
• Own fleet readiness and daily execution across programs
• Drive regional growth strategy and ramp plan for scaling operations
• Build operational playbooks covering safety, incident response, and escalation
• Coordinate with engineering, product, safety, legal, and OEM/fleet partners
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in high-stakes public-road environments
