Job summary

BYD Europe is seeking an experienced leader to head the aftersales business and service operations for assigned overseas markets. You will drive dealer network development, service capability improvement, warranty control, parts revenue, and customer satisfaction while aligning with regional strategies.

You will supervise training, standardize processes, manage recalls and campaigns, and coordinate with product, logistics, and finance to ensure efficient regional operations and a strong OEM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical, Business or related field.
• 5+ years in automotive aftersales with OEM experience.
• Deep understanding of dealer service management, warranty, and CSI.
• Experience in overseas region management and dealer development.
• Strong business acumen, KPI driven, project management.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willing to long-term overseas assignments and travel.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration.
• Familiar with MS Office; knowledge of DMS/after-sales systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement regional aftersales strategy and business plan.
• Develop overseas dealer service network and audit/train performance.
• Drive service capability, standardize processes, tools, and equipment.
• Manage warranty policy, audits, field issue tracking and closure.
• Monitor CSI/NPS and handle escalated complaints.
• Oversee service campaigns, recalls, and field actions.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with product logistics, quality, finance.
