Job summary

adesso GCC is seeking an IT Delivery Manager/IT Program Delivery Lead to orchestrate multiple IT initiatives across the organization in Riyadh. You will align business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors and partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

This role requires 5+ years in IT project delivery, experience in enterprise environments, and strong stakeholder management, with exposure to Agile, Waterfall and hybrid models.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project/program delivery experience.
• Experience in complex enterprise IT environments.
• Insurance domain experience is highly preferred.
• Experience managing internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and IT levels.
• Proficient in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple IT projects from planning through delivery and handover.
• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Coordinate internal IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors and partners.
• Ensure timely escalation and resolution of blockers.
• Provide consolidated status updates and management reporting.
• Support prioritization and resource coordination across initiatives.
• Align business requirements with technical outcomes.
• Monitor vendor commitments and delivery performance.
• Support governance, change management and delivery standards.
