Job summary

Dialight APAC & Middle East seeks a Regional Sales Manager based in Al Khobar or Dammam to lead LED lighting sales across Saudi Arabia. The role requires 50% travel and close collaboration with end users, distributors, EPCs, and engineering firms.

You will report to the Director of Sales – Middle East and drive adoption of our LED technology across key industrial sectors, coordinating with the regional APAC/ME sales team.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years progressive B2B sales experience.
• Based in Al Khobar or Dammam area with travel as required.
• At least 50% travel time.
• Driving license is a must.
• Experience in lighting/electrical sales preferred but not essential.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

Our ideal candidates have a Bachelor or Diploma level education, but not essential, with 3-5 years progressive experience in B2B sales and be based in preferably Al Khobar or Dammam area of Saudi Arabia with travel across assigned territories as required. This position requires at least 50% travel time. Experience in lighting or electrical sales would also be preferred but again, not essential. Driving license is a must.

You must present a professional image and have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. As a Regional Sales Manager you will drive the adoption and sale of LED light fixtures to our target markets. These include Oil and Gas, Mining, Heavy and Light Industrial, Manufacturing, Area and Security, Warehousing, Cool Room, Petrochemical, Wastewater, Power Generation and Institutions of all sorts. A good working knowledge of Salesforce, Outlook, Excel and Power Point is desirable. Knowledge in Supply Chain or Projects submittals is also desirable.

The successful candidate will manage our business mostly in Saudi Arabia and will be extended further to other countries based on need like Bahrain, Kuwait, Egypt. You will interface daily with End Users, Distributors and Wholesalers (electrical/lighting), Electrical Contractors, Engineering firms, Specifiers, and EPCs. You need to be very well organised, hardworking, comfortable with hands‑on selling and demonstration of Dialight product capabilities and technology. Travelling across the country and the middle east is part of this role and will report to the Director of Sales – Middle East.
