Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager for the entertainment sector in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province. You will oversee multiple venues, drive profitability, and elevate guest experiences across a multi-site portfolio.

The role requires 9–11 years in entertainment/hospitality operations, proven P&L leadership, budgeting, and team development. PMP certification is required; MBA is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 9–11 years of progressive experience in entertainment or hospitality operations.
• PMP certification is required; MBA is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations across multiple venues.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and KPIs.
• Manage operational budgets and cost optimization.
• Oversee venue operations, maintenance and support functions.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service quality.
• Lead, develop and evaluate regional operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
