Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking an experienced Inspection Supervisor to lead on-site inspections and audits across the Middle East, identifying gaps and driving corrective actions. The role requires a strong background in logistics, risk analysis, and process improvement, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
• Experience in regional operations management or process improvement preferred.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and management processes.
• Ability to independently conduct on-site inspections and drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational inspections and audits across Middle East countries and business functions.
• Establish and manage a structured inspection and corrective action mechanism, ensuring issues are tracked, rectified, and validated to achieve closure.
• Identify operational risks, management gaps, and control weaknesses; strengthen oversight and risk prevention.
• Drive cross-functional process improvements based on inspection findings to improve efficiency and standardization region-wide.
• Prepare regular operational inspection reports, analyze recurring issues, develop improvement plans, and promote best practices across countries and teams.
