Job summary

Tamkeen Human Resource (THR) is seeking a recruitment assistant to support the end-to-end process in Riyadh. You will source and screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and review applications to identify qualified candidates aligned with job requirements.

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify fit candidates and prepare clear summaries of candidate qualifications for presentation. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications
