Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group in Jeddah seeks a friendly Receptionist to join our Front Office team. You will greet guests, check them in and out, and ensure a smooth arrival experience, embodying the Yes I Can service ethos.

The ideal candidate speaks fluent English, enjoys teamwork, and can adapt to different shifts. Hospitality experience is welcome but not required; Saudi nationality is preferred.

Qualifications

• Saudi Nationality is required.
• Hospitality degree is preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Flexible with working in different shifts.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential.

• You will be our guests' superhero ensuring all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level
• You will exude patience, empathy and have the personality to host the show
• As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the front office department
