Qualifications

• Proven track record in real estate marketing for master-planned communities and off-plan developments.
• Experience driving high-volume off-plan sales and understanding buyer behavior.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines for off-plan property marketing and disclosure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee multi-channel marketing strategies for large-scale developments and off-plan projects.
• Craft brand storytelling focused on lifestyle, community living, and long-term value propositions.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI and minimize CPA.
• Plan end-to-end launches for new off-plan phases and leverage PropTech (VR/AR, 3D models, digital sales galleries).
• Oversee data-driven digital campaigns to generate high-intent leads across search, social, and programmatic platforms.
• Collaborate with sales ops to integrate marketing automation with CRM systems for lead tracking and attribution.
• Equip sales teams and broker networks with compelling collateral, presentations, and displays.
• Partner with banks to market financing solutions and manage third-party broker networks for channel sales.
• Direct external agencies and events to produce top-tier assets and participate in major expos and launches.
