Job summary

Confidential Government is seeking an executive leader to take end-to-end ownership of a flagship master-planned residential community in the region. You will hold full P&L accountability from infrastructure and construction to marketing, sales, cash flows, and final handover.

The role requires 15–20 years in real estate development, including 7 years in an executive leadership capacity managing large-scale communities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
MBA or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Take complete ownership of the project's master budget, net profitability, and cash flow schedules.
Formulate and execute the master operational roadmap covering infrastructure, villas, townhouses, apartments, and civic/commercial facilities.
Serve as the primary executive liaison to government entities, regulatory authorities, and key financial stakeholders to secure necessary approvals and permits.
Direct and oversee main contractors, engineering consultants, and the Project Management Office (PMO).
Ensure QA/QC, site safety (HSE), and building codes adherence.
Drive MMC, BIM, and PropTech adoption to optimize timelines and control costs.
Lead marketing teams in crafting the project's identity and launching campaigns.
Oversee sales center operations and customer journey from reservation to handover.
