Alomar Holding is seeking a Marketing Supervisor to drive impactful marketing for Riyadh real estate projects. You will lead a team and manage digital and offline campaigns in collaboration with sales and external partners.

Requirements: 3–5 years in marketing (2+ years in real estate), leadership of 2–3 teammates, hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and CRM systems. Native Arabic with strong English, related Bachelor's degree, and ability to join within 30 days are preferred.

Formación

• Saudi nationality
• Native Arabic proficiency and good English skills
• 3–5 years of professional marketing experience, including at least 2 years in real estate marketing (developer or brokerage)
• Team management experience, having led 2–3 or more team members
• Proven track record in planning and executing marketing campaigns for real estate project launches, including off-plan projects
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and CRM systems for lead management and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable performance outcomes such as qualified lead volume, cost per lead (CPL), and conversion rates

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise the marketing team, overseeing both digital and offline activities
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for real estate projects, including launches and off-plan developments
• Manage social media, performance marketing, and lead generation strategies
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to align campaigns with inventory and sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with agencies, influencers, and media partners
• Track, analyze, and optimize KPIs such as leads, CPL, and conversion rates to maximize campaign effectiveness
