Job summary

Wise Insight is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead planning, operations and maintenance of our hard/engineering facilities and properties. You will oversee day-to-day operations, safety compliance, and critical systems to ensure high‑performance workplaces for the business.

The role requires strong supervision and vendor management capabilities, plus English and Arabic fluency, with significant experience in building services and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facility management, engineering, property management or related discipline.
• 6–12 years of facilities/property/building operations or maintenance management experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of building operations and facilities management.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors and maintenance teams.
• Experience in facility inspections, preventive maintenance, budgeting and cost control.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance of facilities, properties and workplace services.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and address pending, incomplete, or unsafe works.
• Ensure proper operation of electromechanical systems (HVAC, transformers, gensets, lifts, firefighting systems).
• Develop and maintain service standards, procedures and preventive maintenance systems.
• Oversee contractor/vendor management and ensure contract compliance and value for money.
• Manage facility budgets, cost control and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead refurbishment, space management, and site setup for new locations.
