Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10 years of experience in quantity surveying within construction, buildings, mixed-use projects.
• Strong understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management.
• Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local Saudi Arabia construction practices and regulations is advantageous.
