Job summary

ILF Consulting Engineers in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support cost management and commercial activities across engineering and construction projects.

The role includes quantity take-offs, cost estimation, contract administration, evaluation of variations and claims, review of contractor submissions, and monitoring project costs to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree from a recognized university.
• BSc with 7+ years of relevant experience, or MSc with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in quantity surveying, cost control, contract administration, and commercial management.
• Knowledge of variations, claims assessment, measurement principles, and cost estimation.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with site operations and contractor/client coordination.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.
