Job summary

Pure Life Industries Middle East (PLIME), part of Abunayyan Holding, seeks a Quality Manager to lead the quality strategy and QA/QC framework across plant operations in Rabigh. You will ensure ISO 9001 compliance and drive continuous improvement while reducing defects and managing non-conformances.

Responsibilities include developing QMS, leading audits, SPC/MSA initiatives, and guiding a team of Quality Engineers and Safety staff to uphold high HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality management within manufacturing operations.
• Minimum of 2 years in direct team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, establish, and direct the quality management strategy and operational QA/QC framework.
• Develops, maintains, and enforces the plant-wide QMS, QCP, and ITP in alignment with ISO 9001.
• Oversees non-conformance detection, RCA, CAPA, and 8D reporting across production lines.
• Implements SPC, MSA, and Gauge R&R to monitor process capability.
• Leads internal and external quality audits and manages customer complaint resolution.
• Directs daily activities of Quality Engineers, QC Inspectors, and Safety personnel; ensures HSE compliance.
