Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Quality Manager to lead IMS across luxury road projects, ensuring ISO 9001 compliance and site QA/QC excellence. You will act as the QMR, supervise audit programs, and drive non-conformance resolution with RCA and preventive actions.

You will engage with project teams, clients, authorities, and contractors, delivering training on quality standards and Advanced quality tools, while advancing continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of quality management experience within Luxury projects.
• Proven experience managing site-based quality operations on Mega Luxury projects.
• Strong consultancy and client-facing background, preferably within engineering consultancy environments.
• Experience working with UAE or regional road authority standards is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) for Luxury projects.
• Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001, contractual specifications, employer's requirements, and relevant authority standards.
• Act as the Quality Management Representative for site operations.
• Oversee QA/QC activities for Luxury projects and ensure ITPs, Method Statements, and Work Procedures are approved.
• Monitor material approvals, laboratory testing, and site inspections per authority and project requirements.
• Plan and conduct internal audits, vendor audits, and support external/client audits.
• Lead non-conformance management, RCA, and corrective/preventive action implementation.
• Track and report quality KPIs, trends, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineers, Contractors, and Site Teams.
• Provide quality consultancy and advisory services to clients on road project quality systems and compliance.
• Deliver quality training and mentoring on standards, road construction quality, and quality tools.
