Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics, a JD Logistics unit, is seeking a hands-on operations specialist to reinforce quality control and enhance cross-border fulfillment. Based in the Riyadh region, you will lead ground operations, collaborate with local teams, and align regional processes with global standards to ensure fast, accurate deliveries.

The role requires 3+ years in ground operations or logistics quality control, strong analytical thinking, and fluency in English and Mandarin; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ground operations, logistics quality control, or process optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in cross-border logistics and e-commerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Quality & Compliance Systems: Establish quality control frameworks, develop KPIs, incentives, penalties, and SOP audits.
• Risk Mitigation: Implement loss/damage reduction and customer complaint strategies to hit regional targets.
• Ground Operations Coaching: Guide local teams to improve technical and management capabilities.
• KA Performance: Maximize delivery success and high satisfaction for major local accounts.
• Cross-Cultural Alignment: Liaise to align regional operations with global standards.

About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality & Compliance Systems: Establish operational quality control frameworks. Develop KPIs, incentives, penalty guidelines, and SOP compliance audits.
• Risk Mitigation: Build and execute loss, damage, and customer complaint reduction schemes to hit regional target metrics.
• Ground Operations Coaching: Provide operational guidelines and coaching to local ground operations teams to improve technical and management capabilities.
• Key Account (KA) Performance: Establish workflows to maximize successful delivery rates and maintain high satisfaction for major local market Key Accounts.
• Cross-Cultural Alignment: Act as a key liaison to align regional operational frameworks with global standards.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in ground operations, logistics quality control, or process optimization (e-commerce, express courier, or 3PL experience preferred).
• Skills: Strong logical and structured thinking with high attention to detail and data quantification skills.
• Cultural Astuteness: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop local operational talent in a cross-cultural environment.
• Languages: Fluency in Mandarin (Chinese) and English is required to effectively manage cross-border stakeholders. Arabic is a plus.
