Job Responsibilities

• Build the Business Analysis Framework: Develop data models, KPI frameworks, and analytical approaches aligned with business objectives, covering key areas such as service quality, user operations, and operational efficiency.
• Business Monitoring and Analysis: Establish business monitoring and early-warning mechanisms, track key KPIs, identify anomalies and potential risks, and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
• Business Insights and Strategic Support: Unlock value from data, identify growth opportunities and business issues based on business and industry trends, provide actionable recommendations, and drive implementation.
• Support Key Business Projects: Provide data and analytical support for key business projects, track project outcomes, resolve business issues, and support the achievement of business objectives.
• Drive Data Applications: Translate business needs into data product requirements, drive the development of dashboards and business intelligence tools, and improve data accessibility and decision-making efficiency.
