Job summary

Alrashid-Abetong in Riyadh is seeking a Civil Quality Assurance professional to oversee inspections and ensure adherence to drawings and project specs. You will drive NCR/RFI/MIR processes, monitor precast production, and verify on-site erection procedures, coordinating with clients and site teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, at least two years of relevant experience, and strong English communication. This full-time position is based at the factory and on-site in Riyadh.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect fabricated molds for compliance with drawings and tolerances.
• Monitor casting, curing, and stripping of precast elements at the factory.
• Verify condition of precast elements on delivery and correct erection procedures.
• Prepare and maintain quality control documentation.
• Identify deviations and report nonconformities; recommend improvements.
• Issue NCRs, manage RFIs and MIRs and handovers.
• Address client quality-related complaints and coordinate resolutions.
• Implement the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
• Act as quality representative ensuring communication with clients and site staff.
• Ensure QC procedures apply across factory and site installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect fabricated molds to ensure compliance with approved drawings and required tolerances.
• Monitor casting, curing and stripping procedures of precast elements at the factory.
• Verify the condition of precast elements upon delivery to site and ensure correct erection procedures are followed.
• Prepare and maintain all required quality control documentation according to standards and project specifications.
• Identify and report deviations, nonconformities and recommend improvements to enhance processes.
• Issue Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) and manage Requests for Inspection (RFIs) Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) and work handovers.
• Address client quality-related complaints and coordinate resolution of issues.
• Implement the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
• Act as the company's quality representative maintaining effective communication with clients, consultants and site supervisors.
• Ensure quality control procedures are properly applied across both factory production and site installation works.

Qualifications
