Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect fabricated molds to ensure compliance with drawings and tolerances
• Monitor casting, curing, and stripping of precast elements at the factory
• Verify condition of precast elements on delivery and ensure proper erection procedures
• Prepare and maintain QC documentation per standards and project specs
• Identify deviations and report nonconformities, recommending improvements
• Issue NCRs and manage RFIs, MIRs, and handovers
• Address client quality-related complaints and coordinate issue resolution
• Implement the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP)
• Serve as the quality representative communicating with clients, consultants, and site supervisors
• Ensure QC procedures are applied across factory production and site installation

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer to support both factory production and site erection activities. The role involves ensuring precast concrete elements meet the highest quality standards, maintaining compliance with approved drawings, and overseeing proper procedures throughout manufacturing and installation phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect fabricated molds to ensure compliance with approved drawings and required tolerances.
• Monitor casting, curing, and stripping procedures of precast elements at the factory.
• Verify the condition of precast elements upon delivery to site and ensure correct erection procedures are followed.
• Prepare and maintain all required quality control documentation according to standards and project specifications.
• Identify and report deviations, nonconformities, and recommend improvements to enhance processes.
• Issue Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) and manage Requests for Inspection (RFIs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), and work handovers.
• Address client quality-related complaints and coordinate resolution of issues.
• Implement the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
• Act as the company's quality representative, maintaining effective communication with clients, consultants, and site supervisors.
• Ensure quality control procedures are properly applied across both factory production and site installation works.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, inspection methods, and nonconformance reporting.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
