ABIS is seeking a Quality Control (QC) Manager to establish and run the project quality control system for piping, civil and mechanical works. You will ensure compliance with contractual, code, and specification requirements through inspections, tests, NCR management, and client coordination.

The QC Manager is responsible for establishing and managing the project quality control system, ensuring all piping, civil, and mechanical works meet contractual, code, and specification requirements through inspection, testing, and non-conformance management.
Develop and implement the project Quality Control Plan and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs). Manage and supervise QC Inspectors across the piping, civil, and mechanical disciplines. Ensure inspections, tests, and hold points are executed per approved ITPs and specifications. Review and approve inspection reports, NDE reports, and material certificates. Manage the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process, including root cause and corrective action. Coordinate third-party inspection, client inspection, and certification activities. Ensure calibration and control of inspection and test equipment. Conduct internal quality audits and site quality walkdowns. Compile quality documentation for final dossiers and project handover. Liaise with client/consultant QA/QC representatives on quality matters. Provide quality performance reporting to project management. Support training and awareness of QC requirements across site teams.
+10 years of experience in quality control/assurance on EPC or industrial construction projects, including supervisory experience.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil) or a related field. Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or equivalent QC certification preferred.
