Job summary

ABIS is seeking a QA/QC Supervisor to oversee day-to-day quality control across site disciplines on EPC/industrial construction projects in Saudi Arabia. You will supervise QC Inspectors, coordinate inspection and test plan execution, and ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of QC experience on large-scale projects, a Bachelor's in Engineering, and a track record of leading quality teams. On-site duties and client coordination are required.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in quality control on EPC/industrial construction projects.
• Experience supervising QC Inspectors across disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; QC/inspection certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of QC Inspectors across all disciplines.
• Ensure inspections, tests, and hold points are executed per approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Review daily QC inspection reports and ensure timely, accurate documentation.
• Coordinate hold point notifications and inspection scheduling with client/third-party inspectors.
• Support the QC Manager in managing the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process and corrective actions.
• Conduct quality walkdowns and spot-check inspections across active work fronts.
• Verify calibration and control of inspection and test equipment used by the QC team.
• Coordinate training and technical guidance for QC Inspectors on inspection procedures and standards.
• Liaise with construction supervision to resolve quality-related work front issues.
• Support preparation and compilation of quality documentation for handover dossiers.
• Report quality performance, trends, and issues to the QC Manager.
• Support internal quality audits and readiness for client/third-party audits.
