BRKZ seeks a Senior Key Account Manager to drive growth in the Saudi construction materials market. You will lead sales initiatives, develop and manage key client relationships, and close strategic deals to meet ambitious targets.

This role requires at least two years in sales, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong proficiency with CRM tools. The position is on-site in Riyadh with a competitive compensation package including health benefits and potential stock options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/commerce or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in sales, preferably in building materials or related industry.
• Proven track record in generating leads and closing deals.
• Strong understanding of online sales strategies and customer outreach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-changing environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities within the construction materials market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and company directors.
• Understand client needs and translate them into BRKZ offerings.
• Communicate pricing, value propositions, and product benefits effectively.
• Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels including online, networking, referrals, and in-person interactions.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches, slides, proposals.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and manage lead lists with CRM tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Contribute to sales strategy and initiatives and work toward collections targets.
