Job summary

Durucooperation is seeking an experienced QA/QC Static Inspector approved by Saudi Aramco and holding a valid CBT certification. The role focuses on inspecting static equipment during fabrication, installation, and commissioning to ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards and international codes.

The incumbent will review ITPs, certificates, and quality documentation, witness tests, and coordinate with clients and project teams to resolve quality issues on site in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Saudi Aramco approved QA/QC Static Inspector.
• Active CBT certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 5+ years in QA/QC inspection on oil & gas projects.

Responsibilities

• Inspect static equipment: pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, piping, and structures.
• Perform stage-wise inspections during fabrication, erection, installation and testing.
• Review ITPs, drawings, material certificates and quality records.
• Witness hydrostatic, pneumatic and leak tests per project scope.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards and applicable codes (ASME/API/ASTM).
• Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, punch lists and quality records.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and project teams to resolve quality issues.

• Witness hydrostatic, pneumatic, and leak tests as per project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, ASME, API, ASTM, and applicable international codes.
• Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, punch lists, and quality records.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams to resolve quality‑related issues.

Mandatory Requirements

• Saudi Aramco Approved QA/QC Static Inspector.
• Valid Saudi Aramco CBT certification (mandatory).
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of QA/QC inspection experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or refinery projects.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco engineering standards and international inspection codes.
• Willingness to work at project sites in Saudi Arabia.
