Job Summary
To manage all aspects of company's Quality Assurance and Quality Control at a designated project site, and to ensure that Quality Assurance programs have been effective, ensuring quality records are prepared, approved, collated and securely maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement QA/QC plans and procedures.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and quality.
- Coordinate with engineering and construction teams for compliance.
- Hold complete delegated authority over all assurance and quality control matters at the assigned project.
- Report quality performance to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Civil, Electrical) with good oral and written English.
- Minimum 15 years construction experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, with at least 5 years in a senior supervisory position in the petrochemical, oil & gas, power plant or related industries.
- Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements.
- Familiar with the requirements of ASME Codes Stamps (A, S, PP, U & R).
- Knowledge in non-destructive testing techniques (NDT).
- Familiar with GTAW, SMAW, GMAW and SAW welding processes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Preferred
- Qualification courses in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Welding, Non-Destructive Testing or related disciplines.
- Member of relevant technical institutions such as QA/QC Welding or NDE institutions.
- Experience in EPC or industrial projects.
Other Requirements
- Must register with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
- Driving license is mandatory.
