Job summary

HUDSONMANPOWER is seeking a highly experienced Quality Control Engineer in Saudi Arabia with strong QA/QC and Facility Management (FM) expertise. You will lead QA/QC procedures, inspect electrical and mechanical systems, and manage ITPs, method statements, and quality documentation.

The role requires 10+ years in QA/QC with mandatory FM experience and QA/QC certifications. You will ensure ISO 9001 compliance, coordinate with inspectors, and maintain NCRs and handover dossiers on large projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electromechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of QA/QC experience.
• Strong Facility Management experience (mandatory).
• Certifications in Quality Inspection (mandatory).
• Knowledge of ISO standards, QA/QC documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures in line with project specifications and international standards.
• Conduct inspection and testing of materials, equipment, and installations (electrical & mechanical systems).
• Prepare and review Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and Quality Procedures.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and project‑specific quality requirements.
• Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and codes.
• Ensure quality standards in operation & maintenance activities.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance works for MEP systems.
• Evaluate performance of FM contractors and service providers.
• Conduct periodic facility audits, snagging, and condition assessments.
• Ensure compliance with SLA/KPI requirements in FM contracts.
• Perform and witness site inspections (electrical, HVAC, mechanical systems).
• Coordinate with third‑party inspectors and client representatives.
• Maintain quality records, reports, NCRs, and corrective actions.
• Ensure proper documentation and handover dossiers.
