Job summary

This hands-on leadership role requires strong knowledge of ISO 9001/14001, SOP development and continuous improvement, with focus on multi-site execution and measurable quality performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in QA/QC, quality assurance, compliance or related quality functions.
• Experience in construction, heavy equipment, transportation, logistics, industrial services or similar complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support QA/QC frameworks, policies and procedures across multiple sites and units.
• Maintain and improve QMS aligned with ISO 9001/14001 and industry standards.
• Conduct internal audits, inspections and compliance assessments; identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor quality issues, investigate non-conformances, perform root cause analysis and track CAPAs.
• Develop, implement and standardize SOPs and quality documentation.
• Identify quality risks with operational teams and drive improvements in performance.
• Monitor audit findings, compliance performance and KPI trends.
• Supervise QA/QC personnel and coordinate quality activities across teams.
• Promote quality culture and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-established and growing Saudi Arabian group to appoint an experienced QA/QC Lead to support quality assurance, compliance and operational excellence across its diversified business operations.

Operating across heavy equipment, construction support services, transportation, logistics and industrial services, the organization is undergoing an exciting phase of growth and operational transformation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on quality professional to play an important role in strengthening quality management systems, improving operational standards and ensuring consistent quality practices across multiple business units and operational sites.

Working closely with the Quality Manager and operational leadership teams, you will help implement quality frameworks, drive compliance, support continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of quality and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance & Control: Support the implementation and monitoring of QA/QC frameworks, policies and procedures across multiple operational sites and business units.
• Quality Management Systems: Maintain and improve quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and relevant industry standards.
• Auditing & Compliance: Conduct and support internal quality audits, operational inspections and compliance assessments, identifying gaps and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Non-Conformance Management: Monitor quality issues, investigate non-conformances, support root cause analysis and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• SOP Development & Implementation: Support the development, implementation and standardization of operating procedures, quality documentation and process controls.
• Operational Improvement: Work with operational teams to identify quality risks, reduce process deviations and improve overall operational performance.
• Quality Reporting & KPIs: Monitor audit findings, compliance performance, corrective action closure and quality improvement indicators.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and support quality personnel, coordinate quality activities and promote accountability across operational teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Support quality awareness, training and improvement initiatives to strengthen quality culture throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Saudi nationality is mandatory.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Governance, Risk Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in QA/QC, quality assurance, compliance, auditing or related quality functions.
• Proven experience within construction, heavy equipment, transportation, logistics, industrial services or similarly complex operational environments.
• Experience supporting quality management systems, internal audits and compliance across multiple operational sites or business units.Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
• Practical experience implementing SOPs, managing non-conformances and coordinating corrective actions.
• Demonstrated experience supporting quality improvement initiatives and operational performance.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and team supervision capabilities.

Professional certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor, Lean Six Sigma or Lean Management are advantageous but not mandatory.
