Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is seeking a QA/QC Electrical Engineer (Saudi national) to supervise electrical works, plan inspections, and review drawings and specifications in line with contract requirements.

The role focuses on testing, commissioning, safety, and compliance with SHE procedures, with leadership responsibilities across large teams in oil & gas maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree holder in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance jobs related to Quality assurance
• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership skills with large organizations
• Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
• Strategic management skills

Responsibilities

• Can Supervise & Follow up Electrical progress of works, installation & Commissioning of deferent units.
• Able to Plan & Control the inspection of all Electrical works and related activities.
• With Experience in Testing & Commissioning of Electrical works.
• Monitor the final inspection of completed Electrical works before handing over to the Client
• Able to Review Electrical Shop drawings and Vendor drawings for compliance with Contract Documents.
• Review Electrical Materials submittals for compliance with Contract Documents.
• Review Electrical Specifications & Calculations for conformance with Contract Documents
• Implement the Electrical Quality Assurance Plan.
• Review as built drawings of MECHANICAL works, operation & maintenance manuals and warranty .
• Make sure for compliances of all safety procedures.
• Encourage reporting of unsafe acts and conditions
• Comply with all SHE procedures prior to commencement and during work.
