Job summary

MBRF Global Foods Company S.A. is seeking a Quality Assurance professional in Jeddah to ensure material quality, pest control oversight, and compliance with BRF standards. You will collect samples, verify procedures, and lead supplier audits.

The role requires a relevant degree or diploma, at least 2 years of experience, and ability to work with external service providers. Strong MSDS analysis and report preparation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-year Diploma in Food Technology, Veterinary Sciences, Biochemical Engineering or Chemistry
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of quality standards, HACCP, GMP, food microbiology and biochemistry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
• Based in Jeddah or open to relocating to Jeddah

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, ingredients and packaging before issue for production.
• Verify pest control records and manage service supplier.
• Collect samples and deliver to internal lab.
• Verify cleaning procedures of production lines.
• Ensure implementation of quality procedures via verification.
• Provide technical guidance on Critical Control Points.
• Raise non-conformities and advise corrective actions.
• Support Food Safety & Quality Management system implementation.
• Analyze MSDS of chemicals used at site.
• Conduct supplier audits and visits.
• Upload raw material claims in Salesforce SAP.
• Prepare monthly supplier material findings report.
