Job summary

Sarj | سرج is building AI-driven products in a fast-growing market in KSA. We’re seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our engineering and product teams, ensuring quality, reliability, and performance across releases.

You will design test plans, develop and execute manual and automated tests, document defects, and contribute to QA processes to accelerate development while maintaining high standards. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, and Riyadh-based candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of expierence in software quality assurance, testing, and AI technologies
• Deep understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities
• Ability to speak and write fluently in both Arabic & English
• Familiarity with testing tools or programming languages is a plus
• Based in KSA, preferably Riyadh

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure product quality
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using appropriate tools
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve defects
• Participate in regression, functional, and performance testing
• Help improve QA processes, testing frameworks, and best practices
• Support release cycles by validating features before deployment
• Contribute to documentation of test cases, results, and QA procedures
