Job summary

Sarj AI in Riyadh is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our AI products. You will design test plans, run manual and automated tests, and collaborate with engineering and product teams throughout development.

This role requires strong attention to detail, solid communication skills, and fluency in Arabic and English. Based in KSA (Riyadh preferred), you’ll contribute to QA processes and help scale our high-growth AI startup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and AI testing.
• Deep understanding of testing concepts and methodologies.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.

Role Overview

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our products. You'll contribute to testing processes, identifying bugs, and improving product quality across various stages of development. This is an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in QA practices within a high-growth AI start‑up environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases

• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure product quality

• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using appropriate tools

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve defects

• Participate in regression, functional, and performance testing

• Help improve QA processes, testing frameworks, and best practices

• Support release cycles by validating features before deployment

• Contribute to documentation of test cases, results, and QA procedures

Requirements

• 3+ years of expierence in software quality assurance, testing, and AI technologies

• Deep understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and analytical abilities

• Ability to speak and write fluently in both Arabic & English

• Familiarity with testing tools or programming languages is a plus

• Based in KSA, preferably Riyadh
