BD in Saudi Arabia seeks a Product Specialist – PureWick to accelerate adoption and utilization of the PureWick portfolio across SA. You will be the clinical and commercial champion, driving market development and account expansion to establish Pure Wick as the standard of care for non-invasive urinary management.

Based in Al Madinah with duties in Riyadh, you will map markets, engage hospital stakeholders, develop territory and account plans, lead stakeholder mapping, and ensure timely delivery

Formación

• Must have 2+ years in hospital/healthcare environment, medical devices, healthcare, or clinical sales.
• Experience engaging with hospital stakeholders, particularly nursing and clinical teams.
• Strong presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of driving product adoption and clinical practice change.

Responsabilidades

• Increase assigned portfolio share and achieve area annual budget in the assigned accounts.
• Create new sales opportunities in all HCO with different sectors in the assigned territory through direct orders as well as tenders.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to maximize market penetration and product utilization.
• Lead account boarding, stakeholder mapping, and customer engagement strategies.
• Assist in clarifying any timely disrupted issues that might affect the delivery process in the assigned area.
• Monitor the inventory levels and ensure hospitals are aware of the availability of the goods through the sales team communication.
• Manage relationship with Clinical and non-clinical stakeholders in strategic accounts.
• Identify the list of all KOL's with respected opinion within the incontinence community.
• Make sure that the appropriate level of promotion and product awareness is delivered to the right HCP in a complaint & ethical way.
• Understand and develop all sales channel with fast response to customer requests and market demand.
• You should be able to make proper market mapping and customer segmentation.
• Ensure that BD’s professional and ethical standards are followed.
