EJAD Tech in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Government Sales Director to lead and grow EJAD Tech’s public-sector business, with direct accountability for revenue, gross margin, sales forecasting, strategic government accounts, and government sales team performance.

The role requires a strong commercial leader who can build senior-level government relationships, lead major pursuits and tenders, and convert opportunities and awarded work into contracted and invoiced revenue.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of selling technology solutions to Saudi government entities.
• 5+ years leading a sales team with direct revenue responsibility.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi procurement including Etimad, framework agreements and prequalification.
• Established relationships with senior government leaders across Saudi public-sector entities.
• Fluent Arabic and English in business contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver public-sector revenue and gross margin targets with a healthy pipeline.
• Manage government accounts and develop strategic account plans for growth.
• Drive new business, renewals, and convert opportunities into contracted revenue.
• Lead major pursuits, tenders, and bid/no-bid decisions.
• Collaborate with Presales, Bid Management, sector specialists, Delivery, and Finance.
• Navigate Saudi government procurement processes (Etimad, portals, framework agreements, prequalification, compliance).
• Build relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers across government entities.
• Develop Government Account Managers and strengthen CRM and client engagement.
