Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–7 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, or a similar role.
• Previous experience with government entities or public-sector projects is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical, market research, and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and meet deadlines.
• Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government entities, clients, and key stakeholders.
• Manage existing client accounts and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and commercial documents.
• Follow up on potential opportunities and maintain an updated pipeline of leads and projects.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential growth areas.
• Coordinate internally with relevant teams to ensure timely and high-quality responses to client requirements.
• Contribute to achieving assigned business development targets.
• Prepare periodic reports on business opportunities, client meetings, and progress against targets.
