Job summary

Square Yards is seeking a dynamic real estate sales professional in Riyadh. You will handle end-to-end sales of vacant and new properties, leveraging CRM leads to convert prospects into clients. Site visits with interested buyers and expert negotiations to close deals are core parts of the role.

The position requires strong communication, fluency in English and Hindi, and a proactive, energetic attitude. Prior experience and current employment status are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English; local language is a plus.
• Energetic, assertive and confident approach to sales.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads in CRM.
• Generate and conduct site visits for interested clients to relevant properties.
• Manage negotiations with buyers and ensure deal closures.
• Achieve target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits weekly.
