Job summary

REDA Water in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Projects & Services professional to manage water treatment projects from initiation to handover. You will lead on-site execution, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure progress, quality, and safety are maintained.

The ideal candidate holds a B.Sc. in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, has strong English communication, and is willing to travel across Saudi Arabia for site work and sampling as required.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Saudi or residents with transferable Iqama.
• Fluent English; Arabic a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Study project contracts, scope, specs, drawings and client requirements.

We are looking for highly motivated go-getters to join our team for the following role:

Function: Projects & Services

Reporting to: Services Manager

Role Functions

• Study the nature of assigned projects by reviewing the contract, scope of work, technical specifications, drawings, site conditions, and client requirements.
• Identify resources, risks, and project needs before work starts.
• Prepare the project execution plan, schedule, method statements, material and manpower requirements, and site mobilization arrangements in coordination with the service and technical teams.
• Lead on-site execution of water treatment and service projects, including chemical cleaning, flushing, disinfection, dosing, filtration, and related works as applicable.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance with the approved scope.
• Supervise technicians and operators. Assign daily tasks, resolve site issues, and coordinate the availability of materials, equipment, permits, and access.
• Attend client and consultant meetings, site inspections, and progress reviews.
• Communicate technical issues, record actions and decisions, and coordinate required approvals.
• Prepare and submit regular project status reports to the client and management, covering completed work, schedule, test results, outstanding items, risks, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate testing, sampling, commissioning, and final handover.
• Maintain project records, document variations, prepare completion reports, and support the closure of client comments.
• Conduct and attend meetings; prepare periodical reports as required, and perform any other work-related duties as requested by his manager and comply with REDA policies.
• Ability to travel inside Saudi Arabia and conduct sampling collection and analysis when required. Support emergency calls from clients 24/7.
• Ensure proper follow-ups of receivables and submit correct documents. Ensure the payments were received and update his manager about any delay.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• Saudi, or Residents with transferable Iqama
• English proficiency is mandatory, and Arabic is an advantage
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads and Solve Problems.

Experience:

• 2-5 years of Experience in Water Treatments Projects or Mechanical Projects Execution
• Experience with site supervision, client coordination, project reporting, and projects commissioning.
