Job summary

REDA Water in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Projects & Services professional to manage water treatment projects from initiation to handover. You will lead on-site execution, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure progress, quality, and safety are maintained.

The ideal candidate holds a B.Sc. in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, has strong English communication, and is willing to travel across Saudi Arabia for site work and sampling as required.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Saudi or residents with transferable Iqama.
• Fluent English; Arabic a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Study project contracts, scope, specs, drawings and client requirements.
• Prepare execution plan, schedule, method statements and mobilization.
• Lead on-site execution of water treatment and related works.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety and compliance with scope.
• Supervise technicians; assign tasks and coordinate resources.
