Job summary

Khayira Holding Company is seeking a Senior Sales & Service Engineer to drive revenue by promoting and selling specialty chemicals for water and wastewater treatment to domestic and industrial clients in Saudi Arabia.

The role covers the full sales cycle, site visits, plant audits, water analysis, and on-site troubleshooting, with 3–5 years of experience in the water treatment industry preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in the water treatment industry.
• Experience with site visits, audits, and water analysis.
• Ability to prepare commercial and technical proposals.
• Strong communication and account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell specialty chemicals to domestic and industrial clients.
• Identify new business leads and manage existing accounts to meet targets.
• Conduct site surveys, plant audits, and water analyses to recommend treatment programs.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial offers, contracts and quotes.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting for chemical dosing systems and water treatment equipment.
• Coordinate with technical, engineering, and logistics teams for on-time delivery.

• Job Description: A Senior Sales & Service Engineer for Water & Wastewater Chemicalsdrives revenue by promoting and selling specialty chemicals (RO, boiler, cooling, wastewater) to domestic & industrial clients, managing the full sales cycle, and providing technical support. They conduct site visits, audit plants, conduct water analysis, troubleshoot systems, and prepare commercial/technical proposals, often requiring 3–5 years of experience in the water treatment industry.
• Sales Generation & Growth: Identify new business leads, manage existing accounts, and achieve sales targets for chemical products and service projects.
• Technical Consulting: Conduct site surveys, plant audits, and water analysis to recommend appropriate chemical treatment programs to customers.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and present commercial offers, technical proposals, contracts, and quotes.
• Technical Service & Troubleshooting: Provide on-site troubleshooting for chemical dosing systems and troubleshoot water treatment systems.
• Market Intelligence: Provide feedback to management on competitive activities, competitor pricing, and market trends.
• Internal Coordination: Work with technical, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure accurate product delivery.
