Job summary

Indra Group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Project Support Engineer (Ayudante de Proyecto) to coordinate and support critical projects in collaboration with the Spanish head office and local teams.

You will assist the Project Manager with daily planning, documentation, meetings, and stakeholder liaison, requiring high Spanish proficiency and a solid engineering background. This role offers an international environment and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil/Industrial/CS) or similar.
• High level of Spanish (mandatory).
• Good level of English and Arabic.
• Experience in project management/coordination is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in daily coordination, planning, and execution.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, identifying risks and deviations.
• Prepare and update project documentation, reports, and progress presentations.
• Act as liaison between the Spanish head office and local teams in Saudi Arabia.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives on site.
• Support procurement, invoicing, and administrative project management tasks.
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial documentation.
• Organize and follow up on project meetings, minutes, and action items.
• Ensure compliance with local administrative and legal requirements related to the project.

What will you do?

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering/Roads, Industrial, Computer Science), or similar.

High level of Spanish, both written and spoken (mandatory)

Good level of English and arabic.

Previous experience supporting project management or project coordination roles is a plus.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.

Located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and to obtain and hold a valid Iqama (work permit).
